    The service was outstanding! Our group used a round-trip service and both drivers were prompt, friendly, helpful, and professional. If we travel in Italy again, we will definitely use Shuttle Direct again.

    The driver was ready and waiting at the airport as promised. We had one member of our group arriving by plane and two of us were already there, so we had a lot of coordinating to do. Although there was some small confusion about our destination, we were able to quickly and easily fix it with no fuss at all and much laughter. The driver was informative and helpful and even gave us some history lessons about the region. Outstanding service.

    Possibly we didn't understand it well, but although we expected to pay the transfer in cash in the shuttle, we weren't able to find a way to do that.
