    El conductor del traslado de Eindhoven al Hotel de Tilburg se olvidó de recogernos en el aeropuerto y estuvimos esperando dos horas y adució que había estado ayer esperándonos y que no habíamos ido cuando en el billete aparecía claramente que la fecha era para el 25/10/2015 a la hora prevista. Tras su confusión se disculpó pero llegamos con más 2 horas de retraso al evento profesional al que acudíamos.

    È la seconda volta che utilizzo il vostro servizio, nella stessa città e per lo stesso tragitto, la prima volta è andato tutto bene, nulla da dire, servizio ineccepibile, questa volta invece no.
    Quando siamo arrivati all’aeroporto di Eindhoven, verso alle 15.20 (arrivo volo previsto alle ore 15.00) l’autitsta non c’era. Sul voucher è chiaramente scritto che l’autista sarà ad aspettare agli arrivi. Abbiamo atteso, ma non si è presentato.
    Alle 16.00, un’ora dopo l’orario d’arrivo previsto, mio marito si è reso conto di non avere acceso il telefono cellulare, e lo ha acceso ,a questo punto ha visto il messaggio dell’autista che diceva che ci attendeva al taxi point vicino all UPS building. Non conoscendo la zona siamo dovuti uscire a cercare l’ UPS building per andare incontro all’autista.
    Chiamato immediatamente l’autista,ci ha comunicato che se ne stava andando perché passata un ora dall’orario previsto di arrivo, ma essendo appena partito sarebbe tornato a prenderci.
    Per concludere, ci ha portato a destinazione, ma essendo passata l’ora di attesa prevista sul contratto ci ha chiesto 20 euro che noi abbiamo pagato senza però ricevere alcuna ricevuta.
    Non è per i 20 euro, ma avremmo potuto anche dimenticare il telefono a casa. saremmo rimasti in aeroporto? Avremmo dovuto prendere un taxi e pagare una seconda corsa?
    Abbiamo visto che di fronte all'aeroporto di Eindhoven un ampia zona, probabilmente dedicata a parcheggio è tuttora un cantiere con lavori in corso,quindi parcheggiare ed entrare in aeroporto probabilmente non è semplice. Una comunicazione in anticipo avrebbe risolto tutto.

    The taxi arrived to pick our son at the airport about an hour later. We later learnt that the original driver picked-up a different person and the company had to send another taxi. How this mistake may happen is a mistery as the name of my son was clearly indicated and he arrived at the arrival meeting point only 10 minutes after flight ETA.

    On top of this, when he and me (from Italy) called the number indicated on the booking we both had they didn't picked up the phone. After one hour he was at last picked up but at a cost of several international calls. This is not professional and we will probably not use this company further.

    After that, however, he reported that the driver was very professional and friendly.
