Driver arrived on time, carried our cases and loaded them for us. He made sure we were comfortable with the air-conditioning. We had to contact someone in Kotor to give us the keys to the apartment, the driver did this for us and waited until they had arrived which was very reassuring. On the return journey he arrived 15 minutes early and again loaded all of our suitcases. He was excellent.

Driver was waiting with board with our name on it on arrival at airport and was helpful with luggage. He stopped off at a sightseeing spot for photos on way to resort which was a bonus. Friendly guy who worked very quickly to get us into an empty reception area at hotel in Budva to check-in, as there was a coach load of people just arriving same time as us. Sensible driver too - felt very safe. Very very happy with everything

As it was showing on my booking confirmation ticket. So this had me worried if they would turn up as it was early the next morning. Also ticket says to print, I was on holiday so had no printer but luckily we didn’t have to give it to the driver anyway.

Jag fick veta per telefon av förarens chef att vårt boende låg i Gamla stan och att han skulle släppa av oss i utkanten av gamla stan. Han gjorde så och pekade och sa att vi skulle gå rakt fram. Det var helt fel. Vårt boende låg ovanför gamla stan och vi fick betala ytterligare två taxi!! Jättedåligt!

Herr A from SwedenTransporten kom inte avresedagen - vi väntade 45 minuter sedan fick vi ta en taxi för att hinna med vårt flyg.
Det var verkligen URUSELT - vi hade betalat 11 Euro till er och fick sedan en merkostnad på 10 Euro för taxi.
Jag emotser att ni kompenserar mig för ej utförd tjänst samt merkostnaden som det orsakade mig och min fru.
Ska man inte kunna lita på er att en köpt tjänst fungerar - detta dåliga beteende ska jag sprida till vänner och bekanta att INTE nyttja er service.
