Good transfer with an excellent bus and driver - on time out to the Hotel and back again to Palma Airport - the day before we got a fax from shuttedirect with the time and the bus arrived outside the Hotel on time.

Vi har tidigare alltid varit nöjda med Shuttle Direct, men denna gång var vårt flyg 20 min. försenat, och sedan tog det ytterligare 50 min. innan vår chaufför kom. Jag fick lov att ringa dem och fråga. Tänker inte säga att vi är missnöjda, då det är första gången detta har hänt, men får se på hemresan hur de passar tiden då.
