This is the second time I have used this service and both times it was excellent. This is not a Taxi service, it is a shared minibus so I would expect that a slight wait may be necessary for other people to arrive. However, we have been lucky and both time the bus has left within a couple of mins of us boarding, the driver has been great and we have arrived at our destination really very quickly. The minibus was clean with large windows affording great views, it was also air-conditioned. Recommended!!!

I tried to call the emergency line and it was not possible to change the booking so I cancelled it and have not received a refund. I am expecting a refund for the journey as I did not take it and cancelled in advance. Thank you.

Mr D from United KingdomThe website was fine but the booking service did not make it clear for me about confirmation and bus pick up time.
No pick up time was given on my voucher so I had to ask my hotel reception to call the transport company number to find out when the bus would arrive. The following morning when I met the bus at the correct time the driver did not have my name on his list and was only there to pick up two other passengers from my hotel. As the bus wasn't full the driver offered to take me to the airport if I paid him an extra 15 euros, which I had to do otherwise I wouldn't have made my flight. I made it to the airport on time but if I'd not had the extra money then it would have made things very difficult, and I've had to pay for the same thing twice.

Producto : Desde que aterrizamos hasta que llegó el autocar que nos trasladaba hasta el destino pasó casi 1 hora y luego otra hora más para llegar, ya que iba dejando pasajeros en diferentes destinos.
2 horas en total, bastante excesivo en mi opinión. Con casi total seguridad, no volveré a utilizar este servicio.
