For the return journey, the driver did not turn up. When we called Shuttle Direct for assistance, it took a look time to actually reach somebody. When somebody eventually answered the phone, they were actually very rude and they told us the driver was somewhere else and would not pick us up. They advised us we should arrange our own taxi to the airport!! I am still trying to arrange to get my money back which i paid in advance...
