Ms P from United KingdomI was first given a pick up time of 4.08 - 1/2 drive which meant we arrived 1/2 drive BEFORE check in opened. when they changed it the time was wrong again as they clearly hadn't read my email. They didn't respod to the next email and in the end I rang the emergency telephone number. The transfer was then very efficient
driver was excellent - contacts with the company were poor. they denied having exact address, they did.
