We booked return back to airport and the same driver collected us at the exact time specified. Van was clean and spacious and the driver was excellent. Spoke about Crete and checked we were all comfortable during the trip offering to change the a/c or radio as needed.

For the trip to the airport, they announced that they would send me transfer details 24 hours before departure !!!! Why is this information so secret? I had to be at the airport at 6 in the morning, ie at 5 we had to catch the shuttle! I can't wait 24 hours before departure, I'm chasing a plane !!! There is no preliminary information about the schedule! One morning we waited for 1 hour in the dungeon to see if the shuttle would pass ... and if the shuttle did not pass, I would look for an alternative transport at 5 o'clock in the morning ??? After they tossed me through several emails, after the cancellation of the reservation, in the end they only returned the price of one ticket! Please refund my ticket price! I paid for 2 tickets, which I could not use because of them! I paid 42 euros for them! Please reimburse me the price of 42 euros, because I will file a lawsuit in court if you do not!
