Mr M from United StatesOur pick up service from the airport was not at the airport when we arrived. We waited around and tried to call the office phone number with no answer, we then called the second phone number and got voicemail. Drive arrived about 15 minutes after we left the voicemail, never apologized for being late or gave any explanation.
We would say that our pickup driver from hotel to the airport (Michael) was by contrast very professional and very efficient. He phoned us as he was about to arrive, very polite on the trip to the airport and very helpful.
Too bad the first experience left a bad opinion in our mind.
We learned after being in Ireland there were some better rates out there...
Mr S from United StatesShuttle Direct driver didn’t track my arrival, as advertised on their website. My plane arrived late and there was no driver to pick me up. I called the number provided on the voucher, but there was no answer. I had to hire a taxi to get into town, which actually turned out to cost less than the shuttle direct service! Upon returning home, I contacted Shuttle Direct for a refund, and was told there would be no refund as their driver reported me as a no-show. How could I be considered a no show, when I did arrive late on my delayed plane?
Waste of money...my driver reported me as a no show. I assure you I DID arrive in Dublin 1 1/2 hours late on my scheduled plane.
