Ms j from United KingdomWas very disappointed with transfer from faro to burgau as driver went on old road 125 instead of highway a22 which took well over 2hrs!! But our return transfer was excellent only took 1 and half hours so much quicker thankyou

Mr J from United KingdomI must admit I didn't read the ticket on arrival to Faro so was looking out for a driver with my name and shuttle direct logo. Having read the ticket I found the Greenbus desk where is was nominated a driver. The driver was helpful and the car was clean and tidy.
Overall the experience with Shuttle direct was a good one and i would book again and recommend to others.

Seemed very disorganised at the airport with lots of people just being told to stand in a large area with no one really understanding what was going on. I got lucky after standing for 5 minutes and was put in a taxi instead of the bus. Was very happy about that, however I couldn’t trust that my return transfer would be reliable so I had to use another company to get my return to faro. I’m afraid that I won’t be using this service again.

Ms A from United KingdomThe system at Faro airport was bad last year and is worse this year and do not blame the construction at the airport it is entirely due to the random allocation of customers to drivers and long delays standing in the open. Why are there various company names (Shuttle/Green) to add to customers confusion?? Why are customers not able to see where they appear on an allocation board so they know they are being dealt with and how long till they will depart?
Long transfer time. No Wifi. Driver okay. Extremely difficult to contact Shuttle Direct to confirm return journey by phone. Driver had 2 "no shows" on way back which was frustrating for everyone.

The way to the Hotel was very long..because one english woman had no idea about her hotel or adress...but driver was very nice und bus comfortable for litle nap:)

Lets just say the driver appeared to be having a very bad day and wanted everyone to know about it. We were extremely glad to arrive safely in Burgau but it was not a good experience, in total contrast to the return journey which was carried out in a very safe and professional way.

Das Ärgerlichste war, dass die die Leute am Schalter niht in der Lage waren, klar zu sagen, dass es eine Verzögerung gibt von 1 - 2 Stunden gibt, wg. verspäteter anderer Flüge. Man wurde freundlich vertröstet, anstatt zu sagen, "Sie können ins Restaurant gehen oder sonst wie über die Zeit verfügen. Wir rufen Sie dann mobil an und sagen Ihnen den genauen Treffpunkt." Das ist eine Kommunikation, die nicht hinnehmbar ist. Da muss Shuttle Direkt als Vertragspartner von Greenbus, die Portuguisen "trainieren".
