Even though I had booked the wrong date, the rep. was extremely helpful and I was on my way to our Destination of Villamoura within 15 mins of arriving at the shuttledirect counter. Our drivers both wasy were very helpful and friendly. Our collection going back to airport was very efficient. Definately a 5 star service. Keep up the great work!
