On this last booking we were slightly disappointed as we had to wait nearly 30 minutes for the driver to finish off his cigarette before we set off. Not good especially as this was a night flight and we were very tired and just wanted to get to our hotel.
Booking online was easy and straight forward. My computer crashed on the payment screen and I was not sure if the payment had gone through. I rebooked and then found out I had made a duplicate booking. I contacted Shuttle Direct and they refunded the full amount immediately. Brilliant service

Unfortunately, I could not change by mail time of pick-up, when I got information fromairlines, that time of departure for my fight were changed. I wrote e-mail, asking to change timing, but received an answer, that I had to call to shuttle direct.
One more comment. There are 2 international terminals in Antalya. Unfortunately, not only time of my flight was changed, but also Carrier. I waas brought by the driver of shuttle-direct to wrong international terminal, the driver left and I had to hire taxi to take me to right terminal.

Bei der Rückfahrt colakli-AYT war der Fahrer sehr unfreundlich, war einiges früher als zur angegeben zeit da und hat mich angeschnauzt ich wäre zu spät. Für eine unnötige Teepause war dennoch Zeit. Zu welchem Terminal ich musste, wusste er auch nicht und war alles andere als hilfsbereit und hat mich wieder angeschnauzt... Dies war somit meine letzte Buchung bei Shuttle Direct.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED SUCH A TERRIBLE TRANSFER SERVICE BEFORE. Genuinely, the company that shuttledirect booked for me gave me so much headache that I can’t stress enough.
Firstly, Me and my wife arrived at Antalya Airport at 00:15 and had to wait over 2h to leave the airport, because they were waiting for ONE passenger - ONE !!! Me my wife and another elder woman had to wait over 2h because of ONE passenger - awful.
It does get worse.
When I booked the transfer I called in shuttledirect because there were no confirmation of pickup time for my return. Your customer service told me that I should call the Transfer Company 72h prior to return day.
So I did and called 72h prior to Thursday morning. I had to call 3 times in the same day to get no answer. It was: “call in 10min… call at 3pm… call at 5pm…â€. Finally they asked me to call on Tuesday and it was the same story, no one knew anything about it. They asked me to call Wednesday (24h prior to my return). After 4 calls on Wednesday I found out that my transfer was booked for 5am in order to get a domestic plane in Antalya at 9h30. Please note, the distance between the resort and the airport it’s roughly 45min. There were no passenger in the van apart from me and my wife. Why in havens I had to leave the hotel at 5am?
In addition to the above, none of them at the Transfer Company would speak English, so every single call I made I had to walk from the beach to resort reception, wait until some staff would be available, and then call. I had to walk so many times from the beach to the reception that I think I lost 10h of holiday just because of this pickup time confirmation – not to mention the stress involved.
Now comes the cherry on top of the cake. The driver arrived around 5h15 at the resort (fine). I prayed the 45min transfer for that driver not falling asleep in the steering wheel. He was rubbing his eyes and using wet cloths to keep himself awake to whole journey. Of course, he would not speak English, though I tried to keep him awake with silly questions so he would not fall asleep.
I have been using shuttle services regularly for 4 year and never experienced something so bad. I read reviews about shuttledirect before booking with you and the majority of them were very good, hence I booked.
I genuinely expect you guys to deal with this accordingly and compensate me for such a nightmare.

Our Driver was a nice man, but the owner of DTS travel was not good for a few different reasons. The first and worst issue was getting charged extra 120 turkish lira, here's what happened, there are 2 Turan prince hotels in SIde Mavangat we were first taken to the one closest to Antalya but it was not the right one so the driver took us to the next Turan prince hotel a further 15 minutes drive, on arrival at our destination we told we had to pay an additional 120 Turkish lira even though both hotel are in Side Mavangat. I don't think this is fair and feel we were taken advantage of, paying almost double the online price
The second problem - Half of our group baggage was delayed coming of the plane so they had to wait a while - the owner was aggressive on the phone saying his driver had to go because they didn't want to pay for parking. Without explaining that he had to go in and out of the car park every 5-10 minute as per the airport pickup drop off rule. Once we gave the driver 3 euro to pay for the car park that was OK also we gave an additional 30 Lira to the driver for having to wait. This was our choice though.
