Hr. T from GermanyDer Fahrer hat uns am Flughafen bereits erwartet und uns sicher zum Hotel gebracht. Der Van war sehr geräumig und und sehr sauber. Zurück zum Flughafen erwartet uns der Fahrer pünktlich zur vereinbarten Abholzeit. Auch hier stimmte alles und wir waren sehr zufrieden und buchen bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt sicherlich wieder.

Nothing could further ne from the truth. They were on time, an excellent service vehicle awaited us and only for us, no other passengers as I booked this service.
Even when I double booked by mistake and consequently paid twice, the support was excellent, and the money was refunded the very next day. The drivers were both efficient and courteous.

For the return journey I asked the hotel to contact the company to check they were still coming at the arranged time and the driver was half an hour early and again got me to the airport in around 1hr 50mins

Having had a 4 hour delay and arriving at 430 am it was so nice to get into an air conditioned minibus and go directly to our hotel (not multiple stops). We were able to check in, get some rest and start our holiday. Return journey was just as good with driver arriving exactly on time to get us to the airport and giving us another 1 and half hours to enjoy the last bit of our holiday in the sun rather than at the airport. Highly recommend.
