I wouldn't have booked if I had known this but it turned out ok in the end as the driver still took me to the airport.
The driver (Carlos) arrived exactly on time and was very pleasant and helpful. He spoke excellent English and helped me with Spanish pronunciation and with information about the areas we drove through. I was very happy with the service.
