I would book with them again, we also booked for our daughter and granddaughter to come to the same hotel as well.
It would have been easier to have been able to advise on the form that we required a baby seat rather than having to phone after booking.

Slightly more expensive than a standard taxi but the service was floorless. Very clean vehicles, nicely air con'd, driven courtiously and arrived bang on time in both transfers. We had a large cycle bag which was accommodated perfectly.

Our driver was waiting for us as we came through arrivals and took us in comfort to our hotel. Our return experience was to the same high standard - the driver arrived bang on time and transported us back to the airport. They provided the car seats as requested and the drivers couldn't have been more helpful or friendly. Would definitely recommend and I'll be using them again.

Mr T from United KingdomShuttle Direct were recommended to me by a friend with a family of five, ordinarily the transfer from the airport would have to be done on two cars, shuttle direct have never failed to provide him with a seven seater+ vehicle, so that's them and their luggage sorted.
The booking process was straight forward, and clear, and reasonably priced.
Our driver was at arrivals with a clearly written name card, very well turned out, he assisted with our luggage, to his car which was parked a short distance away.
The car was spotless, both inside and out, the driver was as friendly as he could have been, given the language barrier.
We had a small issue, in that, we had not be given the full address for our apartment, the driver waited patiently, whilst I phoned the owner, which was much appreciated.

I would have given this an excellent except the driver was an hour late collecting us from the airport which I can appreciate as he was very busy but there was no courtesy call to let us know, we were just left standing around not knowing what was going on.

Really reliable, they were there waiting us for to arrive at the airport with a clear sign with my name on it and they were perfectly on time to pick us up for our return journey as well (which was particularly appreciated as we had to leave at 4am!).
