Hr. T from GermanyAbfahrt am Flughafen hat sich etwas verzögert, mussten auf viele Familien warten. Danach geht's zügig in den Norden. Insgesamt dauerte die Fahrt nach Can Picafort bis direkt vors Hotel 115 Minuten.
Bei der Abholung am Hotel ist es Glücksache wer wann dann ist. Wir waren die Ersten😑 und waren bis zum Flughafen insgesamt 90 Minuten unterwegs.
Das ist top für den Preis und daher kann man nicht meckern.

This time when we came and went to Your desk for information about the bus .. the girl in front of me answer me in the Spanish language even though I spoke English with her. After a while another girl helped her and tried to explain where the bus was waiting for us. "Bus 66, Outside number 7" she said! Went outside and couldn't find the bus, anywhere.. Get inside again and explained. This time the English spoken girl said "It's a minibus number 66, outside number7".. Out once again but no bus was to find this time either. In to the reception desk one more time and explained that we couldn't find the bus... even though we went around all the buses and checked for the second time. Than she asked another woman with a mobile in the hand, and than followed us outside and was looking after bus 66.. and we found it this time but not at any numbered place... the mini bus was parked at a small parkingplace beside the number 7 place!!! .... Please tell the staff that they have to explain exactly where bus is parked (there are clear markings to explain the location of the bus, see my photo)... AND if I speak English (the world language) than I expect to have an answer in English... Not Spanish, Not German. ... I am sure I will use your services in the future as the transport from and to airport was exellent.
