Mr A from United KingdomWhen I booked a transfer i was hoping for the shuttle bus to come back to pick us up at the hotel for our return flight but instead we were left standing like idiots outside our hotel waiting on a transfer that wasn’t coming!Asked our hotel reception to call the number to find out when the bus was coming & was told it was on it’s way.After another 20 mins(50mins in total) we started to worry about missing our flight home.Had to pay 35 euros for a taxi so that we didn’t miss our flight.So angry & disappointed that I only got half the service i paid for & ended up having more expenditure & stress because of they’re ineptitude!Will not use or recommend this transfer service to anyone again!
