On arrival I went to the Hoppa desk and was taken straight to the bus, I had to wait about 5 minutes for other passengers to board the bus for which the driver apologised. He was a good driver and I arrived in Cal'n Porter in about 20 minutes as promised. Yes, I will be using the service again next year.
