Long wait at airport and quite a long journey to hotel as had to go up and down same streets in Magaluf to drop people off but all ok and bus comfortable and air conditioned. On return journey slightly early but that was fine as was told that this could be the case as it was dependant on road traffic. However, the driver was very rude. Grabbing bags and thowing them on to bus and not saying a word. When we arrived at the airport our bags where brought out on both sides of the bus. When I went around to get them along with another traveller. The bus just took off leaving us standing on the middle of the road!! Very poor service

Our pick up was bang on time and only shared by 1 other family so a great return to the airport.
From the airport we had several drop offs,more than I expected which took ages.lots of couples going to various hotels though to be fair we saw different areas which we might visit another time.
The return was perfectly timed not too far in advance of our flight which we have had before so not too much time hanging about at the airport.
