Collection of my group from Alicante was fine.
Drop off arrangements did not go according to plan. Emailed and double checked instructions were not given to the driver, who I was unable to communicate with, with the end result being some of my group eventually having to arrange separate taxi to thier hotel.
Collection arrangements were also double checked, but again did not happen as per plan.
Half of group had to arrange seperate taxi AGAIN to meet bus at one of the collection points.
Seems to be an unfortunate disconnect between the booking and driving departments.
Disappointed.
