Ms M from United StatesThe guy showed up and parked in the hotel lot and when it was time to get us his battery was dead!!! Direct Shuttle had no other car to send for us. We had to flag down 2 separate cabs and I was in a wheelchair. I called and said to refund my credit card and tge lady said I had to send them receipts!! Horrible customer service
