We were 2 passengers, car was new, comfortable, airconditioned mercedes. At drop off driver explained me how to reach my hotel and about an obligation of wearing a mask.

They refunded the money back onto my credit card within a few days less 10 euro's administration chage which was very fair. I would definitely book with them again.

The process was so easy to book and the communication was excellent. I had to cancel due to covid-19 and they replied straight away and refunded the money without any hassle or waiting.
