Mrs V from GermanyTook the transfer bus from and to Palma airport. Transfer went without a hitch. You have to follow instructions on finding the booth inside the airport (basically in front of the exit towards the bus parking lot) where you are told which bus line to take. There is a big bus parking lot right in front of the airport for multiple transfer bus lines, each line has an assigned stop. Bus drivers there were all helpful and answered questions on where to find the correct bus. The pick up on the way back was at the same place as the drop off, basically right in front of the hotel. The bus driver informed us this would be the pick up location when we were dropped off. Time of pick up for the ride back arrived per mail a few days in advance. Only thing that would have made things even easier is if the bus line number had been included in their confirmation e-mail, which it wasn’t. We did need the info booth for that. Not a big hurdle, though.

Such an efficient company to deal with. The very first time I used them, I was slightluy on edge wondering if the driver would be at the airport to meet me. I needn't have worried. On at least one of my holidays, the driver was even at my particular baggage carousel waiting on me. Incredible. I never bother to write reviews for average service, only for terrible or outstanding & this definitely comes into the outstanding category. Will use agin for sure.
