We exited through one exit at Palma airport and could not see the driver. We had to ask for directions and were told there were several exits. We went back into Arrivals and found our driver at the main exit. Perhaps explain this to people when they book?
We pre-booked a local taxi in Port de Soller for our return journey to the airport. It cost us 10 euro less than we paid for Shuttle Direct.

on arrival at Plama there was no one there to collect us our flight was an hour late so this might have something to do with it but the people at the normal taxi rank were very helpful and after waiting about 30 minutes the man from shuttle came.On our day of departure the taxi was there to pick us up no problem I will use this service again much better than running around looking for buses .

We were going to take the train but as our flight came in late afternoon we didn't want to risk not finding the station or the hotel, so even though it was more than I wanted to pay, it was worth it! Would prefer to have the option of wearing a seatbelt (my only criticism)but will definitely use again
