Pick up at the Airport was on time but the car smelled horrible - cigarettes. Happy that the hotel was only few minutes away.
Pick up at the Hotel was also on Time but much better. We got a little bus just for the 2 of us (we booked this Package). The bus was clean, smelled wonderful and we felt comfortable.

Adding one more passenger for the return journey (from 4 to 5) we were aked for an additional 39 euro. This was the original cost of the transfer for 4 people. A taxi to the airport was only 19 euro. Transfer which arrived for 40 euro was in fact a local taxi, which we could have rang ourselves for 19 euro. Using shuttle direct we expected at least a private car, not the local taxi firm. Taxi booked via shuttle direct to airport for 5 people would have been 78 euro in total. Done ourselves, 38 euro. Complete extortion for no luxury or additional convenience. Transfer needs to be clear that it is only booking a local taxi, for double the cost than if you did yourselves.

Good staff and vehicle but had to wait over an hour. Was bad luck as I was the first to arrive in the group but regardless of this, the time allowed between flights was too long.

Prodotto : Shuttle direct si è dimenticato di inviarci una conferma per il ritorno da Talamanca all'aeroporto di Ibiza. Non avendo ricevuto il giorno prima né un fax all'hotel, né un sms, abbiamo dovuto chiamarli noi per sapere l'ora in cui sarebbero venuti a prenderci. Questo servizio è da migliorare.

The only reason for rating the service as poor is because we were not picked up from our destination on the return part of the journey to the airport. We had been told exactly where to be by our driver and I also called to confirm this in the day of travel. We arrived at the pick up point 10 minutes early and waited for over 35 minutes. I ran back to our hotel to ask them to help us contact you, the receptionist informed me that the driver had been at the hotel but left. This is not where we were told to wait for pick up. We were then told we should wait were we where, at the original pick up point, and a driver would be with us in 7 minutes. 15 minutes passed and we were concerned that we would miss our check in so had to get a taxi to the airport. I am not satisfied by the service and in particular the confusion that developed around our pick up point and would be grateful to hear your remedy for this?
