Trip forward from Geneva was in poor weather condition where driver was a little too nervous handling the snowfall. Also bus was a bit too small and tight for 12 people. Return trip was excellent in bigger and more comfortable bus for 16 persons.

Great from Geneva to Courchevel, but driver was late to pick us up to go back to the airport and we got a bit too close to our departure times. Overall a great experience!

Wasn't the best but the price made up for it. Could find the person holding the card as my paperwork said look for a desk not somebody holding a card! Also the return journey didn't give a precise pick up point just the grangettes bus stop but being in a country and place you aren't used too we didn't know where this was and neither did the locals! Just a good guess! And finally the return transfer went to Geneva via chambery which made it a long transfer BUT having said that they're only minor points and not moaning as it was only £100 return!

problem with carriage of skis on return visit as not possible to put them inside vehicle and securing them to roofrack was a problem. Drivers on both legs of journey very helpful.

Driver smelled of smoke +++ He did not smoke while driving. Made a stop to buy drink and have a smoke on the way

Nobody at meeting point on arrival, had to make several phone calls to get hold of somebody. Return was very long and uncomfortable journey as first part was an hour too early and second part in a bus too small which took a longer than necessary route.

Our transfer was almost an hour late, I was told the driver had a flat tyre - these things happen unfortunately it meant I couldn't make use of a ski pass and ski hire which had already been booked and paid for so what was already an expensive transfer became more expensive due to no fault of my own.

Badly presented driver, who drove very fast up mountain roads. Then he took the wrong turning, which made us realise he did not even know the narrow roads up mountains with no barriers he was overtaking people on.

I paid for a VIP transfer, expecting a Mercedes saloon or equivalent, and instead got a mini bus/people carrier both ways, which were both uncomfortable and not what I paid the extra for, and the first one (a Seat people carrier) had clearly seen better days. Not what I paid for...
Mr A from RussiaSomehow the date I ordered the transfer got changed. I can't prove it but I do remember I filled it out correctly. I should have checked the confirmation, my mistake I did not make, but was sure the ShuttleDirect is a serious company.
Now service has been done. Nothing was offered at all.
