Our driver both ways was called Natalie (sorry not sure of spelling) - she was amazing. Really calm, efficient and obviously knew the roads very well. We would definitely book again and will recommend to others.

Return journey was absolutely excellent due to the fantastic driver who was really friendly, helpful and welcoming. The journey from Geneva to Les Arcs was not as relaxed as the driver spoke no English but was still efficient.

Pick up was slightly confusing as we did not know where to liaise with driver as there were 2 underground car parks. . The hotel did ring you to check but even then we and the driver were waiting in two different places .

The driver was on time and found our chalet without any problems, we also got to Geneva in good time. However, I would've felt a lot safer in the car if the driver would not have spent so much time on his phone looking at his facebook page while driving. I thought it was against the law to use your phone while driving.
