I would not have proceeded with the booking if I had known that there was no availability of service. This is something that should be communicated at the time of booking. I don't understand why it is possible to make and pay for a booking if there is no service available. Furthermore I have not yet received a refund for the booking which was cancelled by the provider. Terrible service
