Mr L from United StatesThe website was not easy to book through, as it only allows options of 1 bag per person. And, you cannot select the model of van you want directly. So, I called in to ask about extra baggage on our transfer, and make sure we got the right van. The staff member on the phone told me to select 7 passengers, instead of 6, to make sure we got a van big enough. Well, we did not get a big enough van. We had to send 2 people and some luggage in taxis and the whole van was crammed with our stuff. Not very comfortable ride at all.
Also, the phone lines were NEVER being answered an hour or more before 7pm when you close. And, no one answers on Saturday. This was extremely frustrating since I was in the United States trying to make the reservation/changes.
Our driver, and the people from Amitours were awesome! 5 stars for them.

Mr G from HungaryDriver was supposed to pick us up at the arrivals section of Luton airport, but was nowhere to be found when we arrived. We had been looking for him for an hour when we could reach him on the phone. He explained that he couldnt leave his car at the parking therefore could not enter to the arrivals and by then he had already left. After our call to the company he turned back but we had to wait yet anothef hour. Total waiting time was 2.5 hours!! We expect to be at least partly reimbursed.
