All'arrivo abbiamo trovato subito la persona responsabile del trasferimento che ci ha chiamato un taxi che ci ha portati in hotel. A saperlo prima avremmo preso direttamente un taxi risparmiando un po', ma nulla da dire sull'accoglienza.

Nach fast einer Stunde und ein paar Telefonaten wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass wir einen gewissen Shuttlebus suchen sollten, den wir nach mühsamen suchen und rumfragen dann auch gefunden haben. Nach fast 2 Stunden war dann Abfahrt.
Wehe dem, dessen Englischkenntnisse nicht sooo ausgeprägt sind.
Produkt : Der Bustransfer und die Rückfahrt war dann voll in Ordnung.

One thing I would change is the need to print the voucher, because I almost never use my printer any more and the ink was nearly dry,therefore I spent half am hour trying to sort out my printer. If this was an issue for me,I would assume t others will have similar problems.
I was contacted as soon as we walked out of baggage claim(very reassuring )and directed to waiting taxi in minutes. I was given a telephone number to confirm my return transfer but this was not answered on several calls. I emailed the company and was answered very quickly telling me I didn't need to confirm as this information was already on my paperwork. A small case of crossed wires but no problem.

Très mal indiqué à l'aéroport, nous avons chercher pendant longtemps..le chauffeur nous a même pas déposer devant notre hôtel..
Au retour nous devions confirmer l'heure de notre vol uniquement par téléphone. L'heure du transfert donné était faux !! De ce fait le car à dû, nous attendre 10mins. Nous avons été très mal acceuilli par le chauffeur et par les autres passagers du car. Super comme retour de vacances...Vraiment à revoir ce service sur Rhodes...
