Vehicles we were driven in were exceptional. Couldn't fault in any way.
Have used shuttle direct on many occasion in different countries and have always had excellent service.

We arrived at the airport at a reasonable time before the flight.
Only downside was half an hour before the scheduled arrival time we received a message to say they were going to be late but arrived early!

Someone was there to great advise that we were waiting for a couple of people to arrive and we were on our way. On the way back arrived on time and again on our way. The instructions to get to the desk were clear a thereafter the bus. The bus itself was clean and new. The journey felt safe. On the return the bus was a bit smaller but it arrived exactly on time and again felt safe. I would definitely recommend.
