The service was good. However we had difficulty finding the shuttle desk in Tel Aviv, We thought it would be better to have someone ready at the airport arrivals (most other shuttle services had someone standing at arrivals with the name of the person highlighted on a card) instead we had to hunt for the desk.

We werden keurig op de opgehaald van het vliegveld, ondanks de miscommunicatie over het hotel adres kwamen we uiteindelijk op het goede adres aan.

We were on a group tour recently of Israel but wanted to arrive a day early so arranged our own transportation. When we arrived at Ben Gurion airport, there was no one to meet us there with our names on a sign either when we disembarked, at baggage claim, or out the exit where taxi drivers are. We spent a lot of time asking where to go in a strange airport and finally found a desk upstairs . The people were helpful and kind, offering us water because we were flat worn out. The Shuttle Direct driver met us at this place inside the airport finally and drove us to Netanya. It would be helpful if more clear directions would be given to people when they arrive about where specifically to meet. Otherwise, it is an excellent way to arrange private transportation. Our transportation back from the Crown Plaza Hotel in Jerusalem went very well and we were pleased. I would use Shuttle Direct again and would recommend it to friends, IF they ask about specific directions of where to go in an unfamiliar airport. Not everyone reads Hebrew either.

See above. The booking was easy and the transfer was as described above. Be sure to print out vouchers to show verification at arrival airport and ask for specific direction!

The driver was waiting at the arrival time in the airport, as planned. The car, though, was not a sedan, as I expected, but a van. Also, found the driver neither polite or helpful. He said he didn’t know the destination address and, when I told him the name of the hotel, he answered that he needed the address, not the hotel’s name. As I don’t speak Hebrew, I showed him the reservation voucher and he replied that he could not read and drive... On the way to the hotel, he made no point in showing any sympathy. Unfortunately, I was disappointed with the service

The driver was at least 20 minutes late. The vehicle came to the street and kept going past us; came back 5 minutes later. Although the reservation was made in English, the driver did not speak English. The vehicle was requested for 10 bags; the vehicle had storage for 3 bags with the rest having to go on the bus-like vehicle.The driver did not know where to go once we got to the airport. The passenger door did not open, so we all climed out the driver's side. He handed the luggage to us over the back row of seats on the bus.

The passenger was made to join a group shuttle bus, although a private car had already been booked and paid for. The pick up was also very chaotic. I am very unhappy with the service and would request a refund of the amount paid for a private car, as only a group shuttle was provided

We waited nearly 45 minutes and he was nowhere to be found. We were instructed in writing he would be at Door 2, Terminal 3 by the Menorah Sculpture. We phoned both phone numbers and no one answered. We tried many times. We waited and asked and asked and were quite concerned as we were ten people. We kept asking everyone and finally a friendly taxi driver started asking for us..............a driver with a minibus finally arrived. He was kind, but wasn' even sure where the hotel was. We had supplied in writing which hotel and the postal code and street and village address before we left. We were not happy and it made us very tense with the waiting and we almost gave up and were going to take another minibus.

We were just about to give up and find another shuttle --- none of the phone numbers worked, and we tried them repeatedly. Finally we kept asking around and he showed up. he was not even sure where the hotel was when we had already sent details on the location and address and postal code. We were NOT happy...........

Driver did not arrive as arranged. We had to get a taxi.
There was no answer when I rang the emergency help line.
The only positive was the pleasant person I spoke to the next day who apologised and agreed to reverse the credit card charge.
