They even contacted me after finding out that the exact pickup address that I requested was not on the route due to one way streets and helped me change the pickup address to building next door which was on the intersection (not one way).
The shuttle service that they booked (Gray Line Tours) was excellent. From the airport to the city the bus was spacious and had wifi. It stopped at the central bus terminal where we had to exchange to a smaller shuttle that took people to their respective hotels. Great Experience.

Transfer was already waiting by the time we got our baggage from the airport it was lovely and warm on the way there but on the way back the bus driver had his window open and it was truly freezing but besides that thank you!! I miss Iceland already
