The pick-up from the airport wa sexcellent, prompt and efficient. The return journey less so and the passengers were left waiting for over an hour and had to phone the company several times. Fortunately they were able to reach the airport in good time anyway but if a transfer is booked for 12:07 then it is not acceptable to arrive after 13:15.
