Mittels einer Mail habe ich innerhalb eines Tages meine Bestellnummer bekommen und konnte alles überprüfen - es war alles korrekt.- Vielleicht wäre eine Mail nach Abbuchung hilfreich gewesen.
Produkt : Trotz Verspätung des Flugzeuges war der Fahrer des Shuttles am Ausgang des Airports und brachte uns sicher durch das Verkehrschaos zum Ziel. Auch der Fahrer für die Rückfahrt war pünktlich. Beide Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und angenehm.- Vielen Dank.
