I attempted to book online. First of all I think I hit some button for English. I did not realize that was for currency. I put in my Amex card and it was rejected as I did not have a bank associated with it. So I put in a Visa card via Merrill Lynch. Then I was charged a substantially higher amount with no confirmation of what time I would be picked up. I was confused, especially when I saw that the Amex charge was going they as well as the Visa!!! So I canceled the whole transaction not very happy. I did not use your service. I did get an explanation that I was quoted in pound sterling not Euro. You were fast to charge and not fast to confirm appointment. Then I could not find a phone number to clarify what was happening.
So, that was my experience. Not too good for me.
