Vincenzo our driver was amazing, very friendly, gave us some restaurant recommendations and helped us get out bearings in terms of the different main attractions which was super helpful. Very friendly and professional, even gave us some tips for future trips to Italy. Also very nice clean car. I will definitely use them again

Ms k from United StatesShuttle Direct was easy to book and communicate with. The four stars is because I booked a shuttle from my airbnb to an airport in Rome less than 48 hours before departure so it was left to me to call the company in Rome to find out what time they would be picking me up. I called their normal business hours number and all I got was an automated message saying something along the lines of "this person is not answering," or something like that. I tried their emergency line and got the same message. I waited a few hours and tried both numbers again, but still no answer. Finally, and less than 24 hours before my departure, I emailed Shuttle Direct to let them know that the company wasn't answering my calls. They were able to get through to them and respond with a pick up time. Since I was making phone calls internationally I was charged for each attempt. Seeing as how Shuttle Direct deals with international travelers, it would be much appreciated if they could find a way to not make the consumer responsible for obtaining a pick up time.
Got to where I needed to go but not without the stress of being left to call a company that doesn't answer its phone to find out my pick up time

Næsten alt var perfekt, dog kørte chaufføren temmeligt aggressivt og vi var ikke trygge, hvilket vi ellers plejer at være med ShutleDirect.
En lidt ærgerlig oplevelse at slutte rejsen til Rom på.

Drop off from airport was delayed due to buses being caught in Friday night Rome traffic so had to wait over an hour for the transfer (landed Rome at 5.00pm)- beyond stated 45mins, but pick up and return to airport worked perfectly

Hr. T from AustriaVon der Bestellung bis zu den Informationen im Vorfeld war alles perfekt, leider mussten wir mehr als eine halbe Stunde am Flughafen warten, bis unser Shuttle verfügbar war. Der Fahrer hatte es offensichtlich sehr eilig, den er lief mit dem leichteren unserer beiden Koffer zum Auto, meine Frau und ich mit dem schwereren Koffer hinter ihm her. Während der Fahrt, zog er etwa alle Minuten durch die Nase auf, was bei einer Fahrt von etwa einer Stunde sehr nervend sein kann, außerdem wirkte er wegen des Montagmorgen Verkehrs extrem genervt.
Das es auch anders geht bewies der Fahrer auf der Fahrt zum Flughafen, er war sehr freundlich und war weder genervt noch gestresst.
Ich werde nächstes Mal wieder bei Ihnen buchen und auch weiter empfehlen.
