Pick up from Ciampino was excellant 5*
Sadly return to Ciampino was very poor 1*. Driver arrived on time but was a very poor erratic driver who almost hit a jogger, hit the curb and also managed to damage his bumper on something, vehicle then made terrible thumping noise for rest of journey with him testing steering while at high speed. We did not feel at all safe during this journey.

There was also some delays in the driver picking us up, approx. 45 minutes, but the journey was quick and efficient and I would use them again, but hopefully they would be more punctual.

Return journey was however spot on time wise and they called the hotel approx. 15 minutes before pickup to confirm we were there and to advise they are approaching. A few other hotel pickups and then off to the airport. Very pleased overall.

Mr S from United KingdomI managed to book for the 27th of May instead of 27th of April. When I notified my error the booking was changed to the correct date swiftly, without fuss and with no charge.
Our plane arrived very early and we had only hand baggage, so we were at the meeting pont shortly before our driver. We had a few minutes to wait for the other passengers - but we were prepared for this as we paid only the price of a shared transfer.
The vehicle was clean with plenty of space. The ride was swift and smooth, getting us to our hotel in less than an hour from coming out of immigration. The only slight criticsm is that fumes came into the vehicle when going though a tunnel.

The street was too narrow for a car to navigate, but the driver's will to please mad all the difference. He carried our big bags all the way to the car apologizing the entire way. What a nice guy, and dressed very professionally.
