I was hoping for a reconfirmation 48 hours or so before (if nothing else to feel satisfied that my booking was being dealt with) but I didn't receive anything so I was a bit concerned that my shuttle might night turn up. I would have marked the booking experience 'Excellent' had I received a reminder email. Otherwise everything else was excellent.
The shuttle was there to meet us, the vehicle was in excellent condition and the driver was very courteous. I would also like to say that the return journey was also excellent. Thank you!
