Ms S from AustraliaMy experience for both pick ups were so different.. The first pick up, the gentleman was lovely and friendly.. Talking to us about Australia, but he drove like a crazy man! Because he told us he had to be back at the Airport in five minutes to pick up another customer.. He got too our street, however said there were two entrances and didn't know where to drop us off. He was getting a bit cranky, and said I drop you off here and he won't be far away. So we got out, and then he asked us for a "TIP" I was trying to find where we meant to be, so was, not fully listening to him, but he was yelling at us, where is my TIP! He was so rude!! He jumped in car, swore and took off!! It was Hot! We had been traveling all day! Didn't know we're we were! It took us 45 minutes to find our apartment with the help of a lovely man, my husband and I had a massive fight.. So our experience was not great the first time! Yesterday when we got picked up, your Driver was a Gentleman, he was on time, and helpful.

The service was non existent. The cab failed to show up at 2100H on 05 12 2015 .Upon ringing the cab company Williams Garage I was told that no cab had been booked, also showed the Voucher to a rep from Williams Garage who confirmed that it was a booking. I now find that I have been charged by shuttledirect for a private transfer dated two days later, Ref *personal info removed by Feefo*
I had to wait to find a taxi to take me in to Cospicua.Naturally I require re-embersment of the charges taken from my card. Trust that I will hear from you before I make it go viral.
