Ms m from GermanyIt is a very friendly website, it took me 3 min. to fill up the information. The only problem is that you have to call the local service to arrange the pick up time and the person in charge was not very nice, but the website and its service are excellent.
The driver was really nice and the car was excellent. The suttle service was perfect.
Only the person in charge of getting the phone calls to make the pick up appointment was very unsimpatisch and total unhelpful.

Ms M from United KingdomThe process of booking the transfers was quite effortless. I was told in my paperwork that on arrival in Malta someone would be waiting in the arrivals hall with my name on a board, that did not happen and after walking round and round the hall for quite some time I still did not find anyone waiting to pick us up. Fortunately I stopped and asked someone who recognised the company name on the paperwork and took me to an office outside the arrivals hall. Consequently we were hanging around in the heat for longer that we should have been. On the return after the holiday if it hadn't been for asking the owner of the villa to speak to the company in their own language I am not sure if the transfer back to the airport would have materialised as I only asked for her help when they were half an hour late.
I have to say I felt the cost was good value for money.

I will use their service again as the return trip was still ok but a pick up at the door would have been better as I had expected a car not a bus! Both journeys however were on time so extra points there.

The driver did not actually know where the apartment was. We had to ask at a butchers shop nearby for directions.
Our return was booked for 8am but the driver arrived 15 minutes early and said we should go directly as he had to be somewhere else and if he left later he would get held up in traffic. We left around 7.55am and he grumped all the way to the airport as though we were the problem not his company for not making enough time between bookings.
As it was we had a 3hour wait.
A similar thing happened with them on a trip we made to Barcelona. They wanted us to sit at the airport for 4hours before departure. We cancelled the booking and took the bus. To be fair they did give us some compensation but it should not have occurred.
It is extremely doubtful if we will ever use them again.
