Ms D from United KingdomEasy and quick. When I got to the airport though it was quite manic, unorganised and had to wait for awhile till the other passengers on the shared shuttle to get to arrive.
Transfer to Burgau from the airport was quick and safe. Had a really friendly driver and he was kind enough to let me use his wifi so I can contact my friends who flew before me!

My email was responded to promptly and my issue was sorted well in time. Phone service was frustrating however. When I telephoned to report my issue, it kept saying all agents were busy and to call back later.

Very good service indeed, this is the second time I have used Shuttle Direct for the same transfer in Portugal. The journey to the airport was a little long but that was due to a no-show at one pickup, so no fault of the driver or the company. In fact the driver was meticulous in every way. I would recommend.

The only part I found frustrating and a little worrying was reconfirming my booking/pick up time. My booking number was 'not recognised' online and the telephone numbers were either "out of use" or just rang out. Eventually I got through to someone but it took up precious time I would rather have spent in the sun with friends.

Mr J from United KingdomI must admit I didn't read the ticket on arrival to Faro so was looking out for a driver with my name and shuttle direct logo. Having read the ticket I found the Greenbus desk where is was nominated a driver. The driver was helpful and the car was clean and tidy.
Overall the experience with Shuttle direct was a good one and i would book again and recommend to others.
