Na aankomst op het vliegveld Faro moet je even wachten en per groep wordt een chauffeur toebedeeld, die je vlot wegbrengt. Chauffeur wist goed de weg, ook binnendoor.

High standard vehicles. Prompt service. My only compliant refres to the pick up confirmation service. Our oick up was for a tuesday morning. The literature says pick up times availble 48 hours before. The telephone line is only available Monday thru Friday at certain times. When using the online service on the Sunday - the response was cannot find reservation, call office. When calling office on the Monday - no reply for upto 45 mins. meantime constant checking on line eventually produced the pick up time for the reservation. It fairly obvious that the pick up times were not loaded on line until the monday mrning once the office was open. So in reality for a Tuesday morning pick up, the times are not available until mid morning on the Monday and not 48 hours in advance. A minor point but should be clarified either on the website or message on the phone line. 45 miins with no reponse is unacceptable also for the phone line.

Whilst transfer was efficient - I was unable to get in touch with anyone to confirm my booking 48hours in advance which I was advised to do on my confirmation voucher. I therefore had to telephone the UK office from Portugal which was not ideal!
