However, we have had to cancel this year owing to the travel restrictions and they have been very efficient with the cancellation and refund process. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We vinden de afhaaltijd bij de terugvlucht veel te vroeg. We zitten minstens 1 uur te lang op Faro. De snelweg is nooit druk dus geen oponthoud.
Dit zou voor ons een rede kunnen zijn om een alternatief te zoeken.
Maar voorlopig accepteren we dit. Wij zouden wel de betalings mogelijkheden graag verruimd willen zien zodat we ook per bank vanuit Nederland kunnen betalen. Wij reizen meerdere malen per jaar naar Portugal.

we had no idea where our apartment was , nor did the driver, but on giving him the phone number of the apartment owner, he found out where exactly it was and so we arrived safely. big up to the driver. well done.
