Ms N from BelgiumFaro Airport had construction works going on in the arrival so the Greenbus desk was outside. It was kind of complicated to find it in the big crowd. The waiting was short for me but those who had the wait for the other passenger of the shuttle had to stay under the sun or else they won't hear their call if they go under the shades.
Other than that, the service was good.

The driver could have been more professional. He made slightly inappropriate comments and kept changing radio station all the time, which was a bit annoying.
Mr R from United KingdomIt attempted to find the location I was transferring to, but I couldn't and this caused some confusion. Otherwise a good range of information was provided. Using Greenbus (Portugal) I was unable to confirm my return pick up time on their website, instead I had to wait on hold on the phone for 20 minutes - very frustrating - I'm unsure if Shuttledirect have any link to that company.
Polite driver, nice to have air conditioning. I understand the need to fill the shuttle with people, but this meant our journey that should take one hour took over 2 hours, (on both trips). The posters asking for tips was awkward, this service already costs a lot more than using local public transport. Driver got lost on the first journey and had no GPS - meant I had to use my own personal phone to show the direction.
