On time to the minute, a very accommodating driver who spoke English and chatted about Portugal, it's customs, traditions etc.

Our plane arrived late - and instead of common shuttle bus- we have got the private transfer by new Mercedes with an english chatting, very nice driver! It was really nice surprice for us - thank you for the service on the highest level!

Dropped off one other passenger on route then were taken direct to our private apartment in Santa Luzia. Pick up punctual arrived at airport in plenty time for flight. Usually use private taxi as our apartment is in the Eastern Algarve but will use shuttle direct/green bus in future. Unable to confirm pick up online had to phone to confirm private address staff extremely helpful sorted out promptly. Would recommend as a less costly method of transfer.

On return journey pick up was on time. This time in a bigger vhicle but the driver was again polite, helpful and smart and the car clean and tidy.
The only thing that we had not realised was that we had to confirm the pick up time whilst on holiday. We had misread the information so 11pm the night before leaving we tried to do it on the web as suggested but it would not do so as we were private customers. I therefore rang the out of hours helpline who were extremely nice and there was no problem. We would efinately use them again.

Mr C from United KingdomThe service was easy to book. Prices decent compared to using a regular taxi service. Only criticism was as a seasoned traveller, the return times being at their discression which was too early for someone already booked in with no luggage.
The shuttles were excellent. No waiting to get into them, and none to minimal other drop offs. Only slight criticism is the return transfer was very early returning to airport for people already checked in with no luggage.

Prompt, efficient and courteous service for both pick up and drop off for a bargain price. Went like clockwork taking the stress out of travelling. Would highly recommend and would definitely choose shuttle direct again.
