I called twice but the lady could not find my booking and refer me to some other place which was not good.I just wanted her to note my booking and make the correction but all in vein. Anyhow i made a call next day and could inform the day and time. I suppose it happened because the system put the current date where the customer have to give the information. It is a technical error in the system. One must give this information to complete the booking. Regards / Fiaz

Som tur av sloump, såg en greenbus bil och fick föraren ringa till sin kollega och fått hjälp. Hade inte sett denna bil hade inte kommit hem denna idag

But the journey was in a nice car, the driver was courteous and the whole service was very easy from booking to drop off.
