We had an excellent driver, Miguel, from the airport to our hotel Ria Park Hotel & Spar on the 23/06/16. He did ask if we had been before and we told him it was our first time. He was really helpful and recommended us to good places in the area. Very professional driver keep it up Miguel.
On returning, (26/06/16), the lady driver was late for about 30 minutes. She would sending us flying on every road hump and apologising but would not slow down and kept repeating over and over again. The kids were terrified. Her car had a breakdown before we got to the airport and parked at a garage. She rang 5 (five) drivers who all refused to help and would shout at each other on the phone since it was on bluetooth. We were panicking and she kept telling us that all flights were delayed which was not true. I asked if she could get us a taxi and she said no. She finally got help from a 6th driver, who could not even say hello to us. We could tell he was not happy. At least we got to the airport safe and our flight was on time and NOT delayed.

Shuttle was very prompt leaving following our arrival and driver very helpful in trying to find out apartment. There was a slight mix up in who we were, but was all sorted out. Very good value for money and service. Would recommend
