Ms L from CanadaMy confirmation # is 1567866475. We were scheduled to be picked up in Porto on October 17th at 11:10 in the morning. Our flight had mechanical problems in Montreal and left two hours late. After a very long flight, we arrived in Frankfort for our connection flight to Porto. We had to be rebooked on another flight. I tried to call the number given to me many times and always got a recording. I finally called Follow the Camino who had booked our hotels to ask them for their help. A person there was able to reach Shuttle Direct for us but by that time, it was too late and we were charged for a service we did not receive. When we finally reached Porto in the late afternoon, we had to find a taxi to to take us to Viana do Costelo.
please read the above information. In spite of attempts to reach the company, we were not able to report that because of mechanical problems in Montreal, we did not make our connection in Frankfort and did not arrive on our scheduled flight in Porto.
