Sig. y from ItalyValutazione servizio : shuttel direct è economico ma nello stesso tempo preciso con gli orari e i tempi concordati, la sezione della gestione sui trasporti prenotati è difficile da utilizzare, alcune opzioni non funzionano correttamente, ho chiesto all'agenzia di anticiparmi il trasporto di alcuni giorni e dopo aver avuto la conferma la stessa non ha avvisato la surcursale di zona pertanto si sono trovati impreparati, il centralino di zona non parlava bene l'inglese.
Prodotto : nella tratta bucharest constanta l'autista è stata una persona molto affidabile, veloce, dinamico, cortese e prudente, gli abbiamo chiesto un fuori programma per cambiare dei soldi all' exchenge e si è impegnato a portarci a quello piu' vicino, e ci ha aiutato addirittura a parlare con la commessa dello sportello.... e non ha accettato alcuna mancia. TOP!!!

The driver was excellent, courteous and helpful, a good driver and a lovely man.
The car was not what I expected, small and basic and emblazoned withe the company name etc., but it was very clean and perfectly comfortable so apart from personal choice about advertising there was nothing to complain about.
Booked the business service for Munich next week so just hoping it's a slightly more discreet vehicle.

The website mentioned that driver would speak English, but this was not really the case (both times). We luckily didn't need to communicate a lot with the driver (verifying if the pickup was for us and for providing voucher).
